Highlighted Local Spots

Rocky Point

First conceived in the 1840s, Rocky Point was created to be a waterfront destination everyone could afford to visit. In keeping with that tradtition, Rhode Island’s historical amusement park is now a state park for everyone to enjoy.

Iggy's Restaurant

With a rich history in Oakland Beach, Iggy’s has grown over the years to encompass three different facilities right on the beach! From doughboys and chowder to ice cream and drinks, come enjoy a night out at Iggy’s!

T.F. Green Airport

Often seen as a great alternative to Boston’s Logan Airport, T.F. Green has grown over the years. In the last couple of years, Green has started serving international flights and has become a stop on Boston’s MBTA Commuter Rail.

Shannon View Inn

Located minutes from the airport, Shannon View Inn is an iconic restaurant, bar, and outdoor lounge popular with couples, friends, and families alike. Be sure to attend trivia every Wednesday!

Warwick City Park

“Park” does not do this oasis any justice. Consisting of its own beach, 3 miles of walking/biking paths, acres of woods, courts, and fields, this gem is so hidden even some residents don’t know where it is!

Bald Hill Shops

You can not think of Warwick without thinking of the stretch called Bald Hill Road. Bald Hill Road truly has everything you need on just one road. A mall? Restaurants? Car dealerships? Big box stores? Local shops? Bald Hill Road has it all!

Buying & Selling Property in Warwick

Did you know that Warwick is installing sewers across the city? Did you know that there are fines to pay if you don’t connect to them? Did you know in some areas, whole neighborhoods require flood insurance?

A lot of agents don’t know these things either.

Who you work with matters!
